Wholesale Order
Wholesale orders are for qualified retailers only, for both domestic and foreign markets.

If you are not a retailer and looking to buy for yourself or as a gift, please go to STORE LOCATOR to find a retail store near you. You can also purchase from our online store.

For retailers interested in carrying our products for the first time, please go to BECOME A RETAILER to submit an application online. Wholesale orders can be placed via phone, fax or email.

Minimum Order
Minimum Opening Order: US$300.00 / Minimum Reorders: US$100.00

Prices quoted in USD. FOB Monrovia, California. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All orders under said minimum are subject to a handling charge of US$20.00.

All backorders under $100 will automatically be cancelled. Shipping will always be charged on backorders unless there was an error made on our end.

Payment Terms
All orders are on a prepaid basis. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
All orders will be shipped via FedEx / UPS Ground unless instructed otherwise. From date of order, it can take 3 -5  business days to process your order and be released for pick up by designated carriers, pending payment clearance. Applicable shipping and related costs will be added to invoice.

Shipping Errors
If there in an error with your order, please contact customer service at info@mollaspace.com or call (626) 301-9900. Please contact customer service with these issues within a week of receiving your order.

Return of Merchandise
We take pride in the quality of our merchandise. No merchandise is to be returned without authorization. We will charge 15% restocking fee, plus freight. Claims for defectives and returns must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt to info@mollaspace.com. Items will be exchanged with equal value merchandise or a store credit. Once the exchange claim is accepted by us, please return items to the address listed below.

Returns must be made in the original condition including original packaging materials. Returns without the said condition will not be accepted. We recommend merchandise be returned through recorded and insured delivery as we will not be responsible for lost shipment during return process. Exchange of item or store credit will take effect after receipt of the returned item.
