Shipping and Returns
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all items within 3 working days of accepting your order, but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of most in-stock items. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Orders received after 1PM PST Friday will be shipped on the following working day. Please note that Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Note 1: Shipments made outside of the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please kindly note that MollaSpace is NOT responsible for any customs, taxes, and/or duties levied by foreign custom and will NOT be able to issue refunds for abandoned shipment by the customer.
Note 2: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
International shipping will be provide by United States Postal Service. USPS Priority Mail International takes 6-10 business days for most markets, and offers limited tracking. USPS Express Mail International takes 3-5 business days for most markets and offers complete online tracking. Both services include standard insurance of up to $200 insurance for merchandise for loss or damage.
Please note that actual number of days for delivery may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays.
At Molla Space Inc. (“MS”), we take pride in the quality of our merchandise. If you need to return an item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com first to authorize a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA#”).
If you receive a defective product, please send us an email immediately explaining the damage and send us a photo image for our records and review.
FOR BAGS (HARVEST LABEL, TEDDYFISH, HELLOLULU brands)
All bags and backpacks from the above brands that are purchased online from our website (excluding Promotional or Sale Items) can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date (“Return Window A”) for a full refund in the amount of the total product returned, excluding all shipping costs. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags and polybag. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of MS.
In the event when you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the order within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise (“Return Window B”) to be granted a full refund, excluding all shipping costs. All merchandise must be returned unused and in the original condition including all accessories and original packaging materials. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of MS.
FOR ALL OTHERS
Products that are returned without an authorized RMA# or sent back after the Return Window A or B will be given as store credit OR charged a 15% restocking fee if requesting a refund.
Products that are returned damaged or not returned in their original sellable condition will be charged a 40% restocking fee.
All Promotional or Sale Items are final and are not eligible for a price adjustment, return, or exchange.
All art products are final and are not eligible for a price adjustment, return, or exchange.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
MS policy states that the customer must pay for all shipping expenses on the return/exchange of our product. We make exceptions if the reason for the return is a defect or a mistake on our behalf.
Please secure package and return the merchandise to the address listed below. We recommend merchandise be returned through recorded delivery such as Fed Ex or UPS. We do not assume responsibility for lost, misdirected or damaged return shipments.
Upon receiving and approving your returned merchandise at our warehouse, a refund in the amount of the purchase will be issued to you for the product within 10 – 14 business days. This refund will be issued to the credit card or account that was used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund the amount to different accounts or credit cards. Unfortunately, at this time MS cannot process returns for customers residing outside of the U.S., and all international sales are final.

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel the purchase and grant a full refund. However, if an order has been shipped, you can only return the merchandise upon receiving the item. Please refer to the instructions in our Return Policy.
In some cases, we may need to postpone shipping if a product is not immediately available. We will ship backordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.
Sales Tax & Payment Options
Sales Tax: Sales Tax will be automatically added to all orders shipped to California Addresses. No sales tax is charged on shipments outside California.
Payment Options: Molla Space accepts Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. International orders are accepted via Paypal only.

All material provided and contained by Molla Space are service to its current and potential customers and may be used only for personal, informational and product ordering purposes. No right, title, and interest in Molla Space Materials are conveyed to customers. Customers have a limited license to use Molla Space website. No copying, reproducing, alternation, distribution, transmission, performance, display, post, modification, publishing, or otherwise exploit this site or any of its Materials without authorization are strictly prohibited. Mollaspace.com may revoke this limited license at any time for any or no reason.

Molla Space strives to accurately display the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, we are not responsible for color difference due to individual monitor.
